Abstract
STEM Advocates promotes interest in STEM-fields by addressing three key areas jointly: career guidance, academic readiness, and a positive academic self-concept. It focuses on school-to-university transition and strengthens collaboration between educational institutions. A focus is encouraging currently underrepresented groups. The project aims at fostering engagement, empowerment, and inclusivity in STEM education and career pathways.
We offer a multifaceted approach by producing and promoting OER widely, offering labs as learning hubs for pupils, and organising events to celebrate the diversity and fun of STEM.
