We speak with Oskar J. Gstrein, Associate Professor 'Human Dignity in the Digital Age' at University of Groningen. We cover how Data Autonomy, Strategic Autonomy and Digital Sovereignty are related and how Europe - in particular European Universities - can improve their position when trying to achieve these goals.
