Abstract

Here we describe the use of an imaging device allowing simultaneous fluorescence molecular tomography and computed tomography measurements. As an example, we describe the quantitative measurement of the biodistribution of small interfering RNA (siRNA) covalently labelled with a near infrared emitting dye after intravenous injection into mice.
