Description

We report temperature-resolved high-precision measurements of birefringent
cavity mode shifts of an ultrastable high-finesse optical cavity
with substrate-transferred crystalline supermirrors in the near-infrared
wavelength range, by mapping the cavity modes with an optical frequency
comb.
