Abstract

The WIIIDE project is a Circle U. 2023 seed-funded project engaged in the diversity and intersectionality of teacher identity. The mission of the WIIIDE network is to share information about teachers' multiple identities and to initiate activities to explore them. We are eager to increase the visibility of the topic and its importance for teacher educators.

Key findings

- 3-day workshop with teachers, headmasters, board of education, students & researchers in Belgrade, Serbia
- Plenary Discussion at the ECER Conference 2024 in Cyprus
- Online Final WIIIDE Outreach Event in October 2024
- Comprehensive literature review on teacher identity and diversity
- Presentation of WIIIDE at the Circle U. Semester Meeting at the University of Vienna
