Abstract

In this paper I present a framework for an analysis of biases in written computer-mediated negotiation. E-negotiation (especially the differences between face-to-face negotiation and e-negotiation) and the effects of bias phenomena in negotiation are discussed. Relevant bias phenomena are identified and various implications are delineated. Literature is presented and research questions are postulated. In the end an outlook is given regarding data and research method.
