Ein neuentdecktes Fragment der altwestfriesischen Willküren der fünf Dele in der Österreichischen Nationalbibliothek (Wien)

Fragment no. 1780 of the Austrian National Library preserves, inter alia, four pages of a hitherto unknown version of the Old West Frisian Statutes of the Five Districts that can be dated linguistically into the early 14th century. This paper includes (1.) a brief presentation of the manuscript, (2.) a diplomatic edition as well as (3.) a critical edition of the extant part of the Statutes of the Five Districts and, finally, (4.) linguistic issues.
